Parkour… I haven’t been out for a run in about five months but I’ve thought about it everyday since I did last go… yeah… definitely parkour.

What's your favorite blend or brand of coffee or tea?
I have to agree with Semblance on this one… Just Us! is my favourite!
Fair trade teas and coffees made right here in Nova Scotia… yummy teas and coffees that sooth the insides and the conscience. They make a wonderful Chai tea that I am probably most partial to.
Who was your first celebrity crush?
Submitted by Glory.
I was really trying to think back for this one… and as far back as I can remember, Marlee Matlin was my first. I don’t remember when it was exactly but I remember seeing her and thinking she was so alive with life and expression. I don’t even remember realising she was deaf at first. She’s still on my list of favs.

If you could recommend your top 5 favorite Voxers for someone new to Vox to read, who would they be?
Submitted by Lili.
I would have to recommend Julé, Semblance, Jen, Lauren, and Elellanyar Rilmavilyawa. These VOXers are all consistent in maintaining their blogs. They all have different writing styles, but write about their passions (whether they’ll see it this way or not, it comes across this way). They take comments and feedback seriously and graciously. And, they all write in a way that makes you feel like you’ve connected with them. That’s why they’re my five.

What is the greatest compliment you've received?
Submitted by Maraschino.
This is a weird one to answer… it almost feels like no matter what I write will sound like a “LOOK AT ME!” response… Ahh… what the heck… I have received two different greatest compliments, one from my wife, and the other from a number of people I know:
My wife was in another relationship when we first met, she eventually dumped the guy. The reason she told me was, “Regardless of whether you or I ever got together, I had to break up with him because you showed me that there are actually decent men out there…” (I paraphrased a bit to keep it from being to personal). I was a tad floored by this.
The other compliment I have received is… forget it… I’ve tried to type it three times and just sounds full-of-myself.

Okay, we hate to ask, but… over the roll or under the roll?
Okay… so I really haven’t been paying much attention to the QotD lately but I’ve been seeing almost unanamous support for OVER the roll… which I would normally agree with. In almost all cases I would want the toilet paper to hang over the roll… except if it’s the roll right next to Little “L” as I’m trying ot get him to go on the potty. All he seems to want to do is bat the roll which sends the toilet paper streaming to the ground… that’s only cute for so long… My wife “T” and I have found that by loading the toilet paper backwards so that the paper hangs under it’s not as easy for him to make a mess…
So… until the boys grow out of it… UNDER. Afterwards, OVER, OVER, OVER.
