I was looking at Heroes’ Hiro’s “personal” blog the other day and I meant to post this earlier… It’s how he started his entry…

Oh my God, that's cute.
Hehehe… Hiro is my favorite character!
I don't watch this show, but a few people I know do and can't believe that I don't watch it. My television life is full. I watch cheesy shows like Gilmore Girls and Scrubs, I can't keep up with many more shows. Yet, I must admit, I'm slowly getting into One Tree Hill. Oh, and those new shows on the CW (Don't know if you have the same stations…?). Like, the Game. The husband always watches Discovery Chanel and whatnot, so some nights, I just need an escape from reality!YES, I ENJOY CHEESY TV.
I love Heroes. It's one of the only shows I look forward to watching on a weekly basis. Hiro is just the sweetest character ever. I had no idea that there was an online blog dedicated to his character. Thanks for showing this… =D
First off… sorry everyone, for taking so long to reply… I have so little time to VOX these days that I usually end up commenting on others’ entries and ignoring my own… [ooops!]Jared: I know… isn’t it great. Admittedly, I didn’t realise what it was at first… *doh* silly boy…Maggie: I love Hiro too… but I’m a bit torn as to who is my favourite. I like Hiro, Peter and Claire the best… all for different reasons.I like Hiro and Peter because they are both true and genuine “good guys” right from the start, always with best intentions, and both started to see how they could use their powers to help others almost immediately. Claire’s character starts off as the pseudo-stuckup cheerleader but she, of all characters, has evolved the most in the show’s history. Hiro is great because, like Charlie said, he is so sweet… and he seems the least likely to be “Hero” material — very unassuming — which I always like. I like Claire because she seems to have grown a bit more every episode… plus I think I like her personal life storyline the best. Peter… actually, overall I think I like Peter’s character the best (I may flip-flop on this though) he chose a profession that would allow him to help people and continuously chooses to put the well-being and safety of others before his own — truely heroic. Plus, I LOVE his power the best… in a genre where most superheroes choose to isolate themselves because they always feel they must fight the battle alone — be independent — Peter HAS to depend on others for his powers which forces him to work along side others which I feel is a greater asset than detriment…Just think, if Peter chose to isolate himself he would be nothing but normal… heroic? Yes (went over the side of the stadium to save Claire and didn’t know he would live) but normal. However, if he chose to work along side of all the heros to defeat a foe — let’s call him “Sylar” — he could fly, with superhuman strength, not get injured, see the future, travel to the future/past, control inanimate objects, read peoples’ minds, and then some… that’s a cool power.wife: You should soooooo get yourself & the hubby onto this show… NBC.com says the season starts back up on January 22 and to get newbies caught up, they are having a Heroes marathon on January 1, 2007. Thou shant be dissapointed Voxen… ;O)Lauren: I’m the same way… I go around my house periodically shouting how many days are left until the next episode comes on… Hiro IS super sweet, plus, it looks like the actor who plays him is having sooo much fun palying that part.
