  1. I have never owned an ipod and have never really desired one to be honest. I just don't think I would get much use out of it…

  2. Yeah, I hear ya… I own an iPod Shuffle (older one) but I got it as a gift. And I love it. Like you, I’ve always been convinced that they could do more with something like this. Actually, Apple also knocked $200 US off the price of the iPhone bringing the 8 GB down from $599 US to $399 US, plus they’ve discontinued the 4 GB.That means, by the time the iPhone actually makes it to Canada, it’ll be somewhat affordable and probably its third reincarnation. If I get another one as a gift, I’ll love it and use it. However, purchasing one? I’m holding out for when the iPhone makes its Canadian debut.Mind you, I’m excited to see the iPod Touch… mainly because it means I’ll get to play with the iPhone interface before I actually get to see the iPhone… which I’m hoping will have video chat capability by the time we get it. 3. I love the squatness of the new nano although I wonder if I'd like it to hold. One of the things I like about my nano is how easily it fits into my pockets. This one…well, I'd have to actually see it to know. Daaamn, Apple keeps churning out the sleek and sexy stuff! Who knew they could start a world-wide aesthetic/visual trend with a simple mp3 player: I saw a cordless phone the other day that looked like an ipod…
